Content Removal Request
We prioritize addressing content removal requests and removing content that goes against our Terms of Service in a timely manner.
Your report remains confidential, and the individual who posted the content will not have access to your information.
Please notify us if you come across content that involves:
- Unauthorized sharing of your image (for example, revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation)
- Disclosure of personally identifiable information
- Child sexual abuse material
- Content that is abusive or illegal
To submit a report, email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your legal name
- The type of content you are reporting
- URLs of the content you are reporting
- Confirmation of your appearance in the content or firsthand knowledge of non-consensual or CSAM content
- Any extra information that may assist us in processing your request
- Your relationship to the person in the content (if you are reporting on behalf of someone else)
We will investigate and process all reported complaints within seven business days and may restrict access to reported materials. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who violate our Terms of Service or infringe on the rights of others.
If we remove content based on a legitimate notice, we will disable access to the content and try to notify the user responsible for providing the content. The affected user can file a counter-notice to dispute the removal. If we receive a counter-notice, we will reinstate access to the material in question within 7 days of receiving the counter-notice, unless we receive a notification that the complaining party has initiated legal action seeking an injunction against the material.
If the recipient of a notice of alleged infringement believes that the notice is incorrect or inaccurate and/or that the allegedly infringing material has been wrongfully removed, or access to it has been wrongfully disabled, they may file a counter-notice in accordance with the outlined procedures above. The information provided in a counter-notice must be accurate and truthful. The recipient will be held liable for any misrepresentation that may result in claims being made against this site in connection with actions taken in response to the counter-notice.
To submit a counter-notice, please provide the following details:
- A comprehensive description of the material that was removed or access to which was disabled
- A description of where the material was located on our website before it was removed and/or disabled (preferably specific URLs associated with the material)
- A statement indicating that, in the recipient's opinion, the removal or disabling of access to the material was wrongful and includes the following format: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material in question was removed or disabled by the service provider as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- The address, telephone number, and email address of the recipient
- A statement that the recipient consents to jurisdiction over each judicial district in which the service provider is located and that the recipient will accept service from the person who sent the notice, or the person's agent.
Send the signed counter-notice to [email protected]
Upon receipt of an appropriate counter-notice, we will forward the counter-notice to the claimant who first sent the original notice identifying the allegedly infringing content. Subsequently, we will cease blocking access to the disputed material within 7 days of receipt of the counter-notice, provided we have not received a notice that the original claimant has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to restrain the recipient from engaging in any activity related to the material.
